Clutch-Em is a simple before-or-after dining activity for birthdays, family gatherings, friend groups, and team outings. Restaurant reservations and purchases are separate from your Clutch-Em booking.

Guests may bring cake, food, nonalcoholic drinks, and their own decorations. No alcohol, confetti, glitter, open flames, or decorations attached to the walls are permitted. Children must remain supervised by a responsible adult.

Is the arcade private during the party?
Yes. Parties booked under this limited-time Monday–Thursday package include private use of the entire Clutch-Em Austin arcade during the reserved hour.
How many guests can attend?
The reserved party seating accommodates up to 10 guests, but additional guests are welcome. Please contact us before booking if you are planning a larger gathering so our team can help you prepare.
Are game tokens included?
Yes. The package includes 200 tokens for your group to share. Additional tokens may be purchased at a discounted party rate.
Can we bring food and decorations?
We allows cake, food, nonalcoholic drinks, and your own decorations. Alcohol, confetti, glitter, open flames, and decorations attached to walls are not permitted. The entire setup, celebration, gameplay, and cleanup must fit within the reserved hour.
Can we book different hours?
Possibly. Prime-hour events are handled by inquiry because availability and pricing may differ. Submit the form on this page or email contactatx@clutch-em.com.
Can we eat nearby before or after the party?
Yes. There are many restaurants at The Linc or in the nearby Highland area. Dining arrangements are separate from the arcade reservation.
